*Are you sick of dieting and are looking for another way to eat well and live a healthy life?
*Are you struggling to feel good in your body and wish to be more accepting & happy with your current body?
*Are you looking to learn about intuitive eating and want to practice concrete ways to improve your skills?
If so, these intuitive eating mini workshops may be just what you are looking for!
I offer 2 ways to learn
1. Online Workshops
Join me online, from anywhere in the world, for an experience to learn more about how intuitive eating can help you feel empowered and in charge of your eating. My online school is home to workshops that will support your journey towards greater health and happiness.
2. In-Person Events
Our events bring together nutrition, food and behaviour experts along with YOU- the expert on your own body- to learn and practice mindful & intuitive eating, and improve body image.
If you are curious about how intuitive eating can improve your health and happiness and are looking for a supportive environment to learn and practice concrete, hands-on skills, then look no further.
We meet for intimate & personalized discussions about food & nutrition, body acceptance, learn and practice cooking techniques and much more, all with a non-diet twist. We are calling these groups “Learn & Connect Events” since you will have the chance to learn from intuitive eating & culinary experts as well as connect with peers who can be an enormous source of support.
We will cover a wide range of topics from getting in touch with your hunger and satiety cues to working on the process of self-acceptance. They also include cooking or tasting demonstrations led by a chef!

Meet the hosts
What to Expect
A supportive, non-judgemental environment for chatting and pondering over everything intuitive eating.
Mallory and Lisa will be facilitating conversations around your experiences practicing intuitive eating, body image and finding peace with both food and body. These discussions will be about 45min when there is a cooking demonstration.
The concepts and philosophies of intuitive eating are based on the original book Intuitive Eating. We will explore, both in the group and as homework, exercises from the accompanying workbook, The Intuitive Eating Workbook. We will be working through the principles of intuitive eating, and of course, you can expect personalized discussions based on your questions and areas on which you would like focus.
A knowledgeable, gregarious chef from which to learn some
Chef Jonah will be hosting cooking demonstrations most sessions. You can expect interesting suggestions on how to cook tasty food as well as useful tips to save time and improve your cooking skills. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, we will be happy to accommodate. Our kitchen space is very generous so everyone can practice what Chef Jonah has demonstrated. Of course, tasting and testing the food that was prepared in the demo is open to all.
Body positive messages throughout the space.
It is extremely important to us that this space is a warm, supportive and non-judgemental one. A space free of diet culture, idealizing thinness, and fatphobia. A space filled with neutral and positive messages about our bodies, food, and health. You will find no food, body or health shaming here.
Coffee and tea will be made available. Feel free to bring a snack if you tend to get hungry at this time of day.
