Our group brings together nutrition and behavior experts along with YOU- the expert on your own body- to learn and practice mindful & intuitive eating, and improve body image.
If you are curious about how intuitive eating can improve your health and happiness and are looking for a supportive environment to learn and practice concrete, hands-on skills, then look no further.
We meet bi-weekly for intimate & personalized discussions about food & nutrition, body acceptance, and much more, all with a non-diet twist.
The group will cover a wide range of topics from getting in touch with your hunger and satiety cues to working on the process of self-acceptance. Importantly, we want you to get the most out of the experience as possible, so we will personalize and update session content and topics as we go, in order to explore the areas that you are most interested in learning about.
WHERE: Online! so you can join the discussion from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you happen to be.

COST: $30/session (payment is due at the beginning of each group and can be made using PayPa

Looking for an IN PERSON Support Group in the Montreal area?
We will be resuming our in-person intuitive eating support group meetings in the fall of 2018. Use this button to put your name on our mailing list to receive updates on this group.
This group is for you if:
-you want to reduce emotional eating and eating when you aren’t hungry
-you love the idea of a non-diet lifestyle but don’t know how to make it work for you
-you are scared to listen to your hunger, eat certain foods or your appetite
-you don’t have the time or budget to meet with a psychologist and dietitian for weekly consultations to build on your intuitive eating skills
-you have just recently heard of mindful/intuitive eating or have been practicing it for a while
-you feel stuck in the prison of diets and don’t know where else to turn to make changes to your eating habits
-you are tired of the rollercoaster of emotions and wasting energy/time/money on diets that have only ever lead to weight regain
-if you want to improve your relationship with food and your body

What to Expect
Discussions on how to concretely practice intuitive eating, body acceptance, and self-compassion can be expected. Forget the formal lectures and powerpoint slides, these sessions will be sprinkled with expert advice while allowing plenty of time for sharing and learning from one another’s experiences. Specific mental exercises that complement discussions will be suggested to help practice how to adopt a more mindful and intuitive approach to food, how to foster more self-compassion and a healthier body image. Topics for discussion will be personalized and session content updated as we go, in order to explore the areas that interest you the most.
